Returns and Refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Simply email info@truffletablescapes.co.uk to request a return. Please quote your name and invoice number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. We will get back to you with full instructions on how and where to return your package. We do not pay return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate and hopefully resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on our products.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. 

How To Exercise Your Right Of Withdrawal (EU)

You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account at https://shopify.com/40870215837/account, or by emailing us at info@truffletablescapes.co.uk with your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.

Returning Your Items (EU)

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds (EU)

We will refund the full price of the returned items, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or proof of postage — whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Exemptions (EU)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or goods that have been used or are no longer in their original condition and packaging.
