Sparkling Afternoon Tea and Tablescaping Event

Join us for an afternoon filled to the brim with tipples, tablescaping and a beautiful afternoon tea that will get you in the mood for spring and summer gatherings.

Kate Fairlie, founder of Truffle Tablescapes, will give you all the information you need to create the perfect spring and summer table. Kate will share her top tips on the art of table layering – how to build your table from the foundation up to the final flourishes. As well as selecting the perfect linens and tableware for the upcoming season, this workshop will cover the art of pattern mixing, how to create a table ‘centrescape’, the best accessories to use and the finishing touches that will make your table shine.

Sabrina Damiani, chef and owner of Damiani Fine Dining, will then reveal how to create and present an impressive afternoon tea. Working with seasonal produce, Sabrina will share her knowledge on preparing sweet and savoury delicacies with savoury canapés that are sure to impress your guests. Finally, Sabrina will reveal her tips and demonstrate easy ways to style and decorate a show-stopping cake.

As well as a welcome drink upon arrival, you will enjoy a sumptuous afternoon tea in the beautiful surroundings of the Bonnie & Wild private dining space. You'll also leave the event with a goodie bag containing treats from Truffle Tablescapes and Damiani Fine Dining.
